Return Conditions

  • Customers are entitled to request a return of an unactivated digital key/code within 7 days of purchase.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the digital key has not been activated and remains in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer.
  • To initiate a return process, the customer must provide proof that the key has not been activated, including but not limited to, screenshots or activation system logs.
  • Account Purchases: Due to the nature of account purchases, which involve creating a new account and acquiring a non-refundable subscription from a third-party service, returns are not allowed for this type of product.
  • Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged by our payment provider and cannot be refunded, even in the case of a return or cancellation, due to administrative costs incurred.

Return Procedure

  • Initiating a Return: To request a return, the customer must contact our support service via email within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Providing Proof: The customer is required to provide necessary proof of the key's unactivated status in accordance with our requirements.
  • Request Review: We will review your request and the provided evidence. If the return request is approved for eligible products, the refund process will be initiated.
