Customers are entitled to request a return of an unactivated digital key/code within 14 days of purchase.
Returns will only be accepted if the digital key has not been activated and remains in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer.
To initiate a return process, the customer must provide proof that the key has not been activated, including but not limited to, screenshots or activation system logs.
Please note that payment processing fees are non-refundable. These fees are charged by our payment provider and cannot be refunded, even in the case of a return or cancellation, due to administrative costs incurred.
Return Procedure
Initiating a Return: To request a return, the customer must contact our support service via email support@playnate.com within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Providing Proof: The customer is required to provide necessary proof of the key's unactivated status in accordance with our requirements.
Request Review: We will review your request and the provided evidence. If the return request is approved for eligible products, the refund process will be initiated.
